Dr. Troy Wagner is amazing. A true professional, accurate, friendly, and accommodating. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel like a patient he genuinely wants to help, not just a customer. His staff is just as welcoming and efficient, making every visit a positive experience.

Love Dr. La Susa and the optician, Vanessa. I would definitely recommend them for adults and children. They provided a friendly and professional exam, helped me pick a pair of progressive lenses and frames that are the best and easiest to use glasses I’ve ever had, and the contact lenses are perfect as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Very friendly, caring staff. Dr. Wagner is great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and issues with contacts, and offered several options and follow up. I highly recommend Child and Family Eye care.

My fist time I used the Magnolia location but found a better, more careful exam at their Shenandoah location with Dr. Clair-she's wonderful. The team that helps choose a frame in Shenandoah is also wonderful and so helpful, spending time with you until you've made a decision. I got progressives but can't recommend them if you're a diabetic (vision changes too much) and have a short nose bridge so glasses must be constantly re-adjusted to use either the reading or distance. I guess they're ok for driving. I have astigmatism and after a couple of days, I can't wear them anymore because of the eyestrain. I think for a situation like mine, separate driving and reading glasses is preferable.

I’m grateful for how easy the team here makes the process of booking, my exam, and time with the doctor. Dr. Lisa LaSusa is great. She listens and is always focused on solving my specific needs for my eyes. I feel like I’m talking to a friend or family member and always happy with the outcome!
