Dr. Wagner founded Child & Family Eye Care in 2001 with a clear mission: to provide compassionate, comprehensive vision care for patients of all ages, with a special focus on children and families. He earned both his Doctor of Optometry and undergraduate degree in Vision Science from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Dr. Wagner manages ocular disease and is licensed to manage glaucoma in the state of Texas. His early clinical experience includes four years serving patients at a Native American hospital and an externship at the Veteran’s Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Today, he continues to care for patients across all life stages, with clinical interests in pediatric optometry and sports vision.
Outside the exam room, Dr. Wagner enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and training for endurance events, including completing Ironman Texas in 2015. He lives in The Woodlands with his wife, Cassie, and their two daughters, Alice and Carly.
