Vision Therapy That Helps Eyes & Brains Work Together

When the eyes and brain don’t work together, everyday tasks like reading, learning, or recovering from injury can feel harder than they should. Vision therapy helps patients improve comfort, coordination, and visual processing.

What Is Vision Therapy?

Vision therapy is a series of in-office and at-home treatments that help improve how your eyes move, track, focus, and work together.

It doesn’t change your eye prescription, and it’s not about muscle strength. It’s about retraining the visual system to process information more efficiently.

Patients often come to us after ruling out other causes for learning issues, eye fatigue, or visual discomfort. Vision therapy helps correct the functional issues that glasses alone can’t fix.

Who Can Benefit from Vision Therapy?

We work with patients of all ages, but especially children, teens, and adults who are struggling with:

  • Frequent eye strain, headaches, or fatigue during reading
  • Difficulty tracking or skipping lines on a page
  • Trouble focusing between near and far objects (like the board and a notebook)
  • Visual problems after a concussion or head injury
  • Symptoms tied to ADHD or sensory integration
  • Trouble with depth perception or hand-eye coordination
  • Vision-related challenges in sports, academics, or recovery

If your child has “20/20” vision but still struggles to read comfortably, vision therapy may be the missing piece.
