The absolute best experience. We had an emergency with my daughter and I wasn’t sure where to go. My eye doctor recommended we take her here and I’m so glad they did. They immediately took us in and everyone was so kind and gentle with my daughter. We will absolutely be back! The best around!

Staff and Dr Claire are always super professional and friendly. They were all so great with my young daughter or her first real eye exam with all the drops and stuff, then getting her first pair of glasses, that she's actually been excited to come back for rechecks and yearly visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wagner for 15 years. Today for the 2nd time seeing a different Dr. at the practice I saw Dr. Claire and at the Research Forest location.(nice office, loved it!) Great patient care and helpful staff. Of course, I would not have expected anything different from Dr. Wagners Partner.❤️ always a great experience.

I cannot say enough about the professional and helpful team at Child and Family Eye Care. Dr. LaSusa is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Additionally, Vanessa provides expert advice in choosing frames that are suitable, stylish, and functional. She helps you to select the right frames and lenses and assists in optimizing your insurance benefits. She gives you her complete attention and never rushes or pressures you. I would like to applaud the entire office team.

This specific location off Research Forest is my favorite. They saw my son today, even though I showed up at their other location thinking his appointment was there. I had so much anxiety about being late, I hate being disrespectful to anyone’s time yet they greeted me with smiles. The front desk staff was lovely, talkative, and personal. My son’s care (he’s almost 6 and has been in glasses since he was 2) was something a mama always wants for her children. The patience was there, the one on one, the explanation of what was happening, congratulating him on his wins and being encouraging - all of that matters, especially on a kid’s first visit because that visit sets the tone for the rest of them. The doctor was informative as well as extremely kind. I made an appointment for myself later this week and my husband will be switching over to this location as well, as I felt we received superior care here and it’s also closer to our home. Their selection of frames seems to be substantial and help was offered if we wanted to browse. 10/10 for us and can’t wait to switch the family over as a whole. Thank you guys, for working with my mishap today and for taking such great care of Shooter!

My wife and I both visited one after the other. We both had a very thorough exam with excellent explanations. We were seen in a timely manner, Dr. Claire was very good at explaining what she was seeing, and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.

It’s hard to overstate how enjoyable my experience was with this location. I made a poor frame choice at a different location and was really nervous about being stuck with frames that just weren’t working for me. Sandra was an absolute joy to work with. She was kind, patient and worked really hard to help make the situation right. I highly recommend getting your next pair of glasses here. Thank yall!

I’ve been a patient at the Magnolia location and the Sensors location and both are great. I get in quick, doctors and staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and there’s no pressure to buy their frames or get unnecessary treatments.

This clinic has the most precious people they are kind. They are gentle and they are patient. I have never experienced one nanosecond of attitude from anyone. The doctor doesn’t mind how many times you need to try again to see which slide is better and that’s a big one with me, she’s the absolute most patient person I have ever met. They don’t stop and talk to you, they ONLY talk to YOU… Like you’re the only one in the whole clinic. I drive from Willis to the Woodlands and it’s worth every mile.
